Reinstating a number that you have cancelled

If you cancel a number with us, but subsequently decide that you want to reinstate the number, then please get in touch with us by sending an email to support@goldfish.ie.

There is no charge for reinstating a number that you have cancelled. If the number is still available we will allocate it back to your account.

Reinstating a number that we have cancelled

If we cancel a number or numbers that you hold with us because of non-payment of your account, then we can reinstate it/them for you, assuming the cancelled numbers are still available. Please get in touch with us by sending an email to support@goldfish.ie.
