How does the service work?
1. Choose when you want customers to be diverted to the service with our Routing Wizard.
2. The call is answered by one of our receptionists, seamlessly appearing as part of your organisation.
3. If you subscribe to Call Transfer, we’re able to transfer the call should the caller ask for someone specifically.
4. After the call, you’ll immediately receive the name and number of the caller, along with any message left for you, via email.
We offer a number of plans to suit your needs.
Call transfer service. For an additional €5 per month, plus standard call charges, our virtual receptionists can transfer calls to you. This is useful if you want to take certain calls or new enquiries. We’ll put the caller on hold and then call you to confirm whether you’d like the call forwarded to you.
